Shipping Policy

In view of the fact that our products are print-on-demand products, this mean we will only start to print when you made to order so we need at least 7 days for production & fast shipping and 10-14 days for standard shipping. And it’s depends on your area also.

As you know, due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic, we are still fulfilling orders on a daily basis but everything are moving slower than they would be in normal conditions. Our production and delivery times may have been delayed by up to 7-10 days than the time frame below. Please be patient and we will try our best to bring the good service for you.


The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are out of our control.

Please note:

  1. The above time frame is only applied for orders with standard shipping methods. You can choose fast shipping service to save 5-10 days.
  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate, some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you and will inform for you via email for theses cases to find the best solutions.
  4. Holiday shipping: In peak season, your order may arrive late than expected delivery. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can sympathize for us.
  1. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  2. Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment.


Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed.

You can update the information within 2 hours after you made order. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost or stolen. All items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse.
